Have you been wondering how to meet women on social media?
If you're hunting around on social media to try to meet women, it probably means you don't have a lot of options.
Or if you're a guy who does have a lot of options, you're just trying to expand them. That's not necessarily a bad thing.
However, for most guys, if you're limited to social media, you've pretty much run out of ideas. I mean, you can meet women on social media, but the majority of the time it really doesn't work.
Think about it, attractive women on social media get messaged all the time, and it's usually really bad messages.
On the positive side, that means the bar is really low, so if you actually send a well thought out message, it has some chance of working.
If not, it's most likely going to get drown out with all the other messages that that girl has been sent.
One of the worst things I see is when guys friend somebody on social media or start following them, and leave these comments or hearts or say how attractive the girl is.
This is bad because when they do that, it’s along with the long list of other guys who are all saying exactly the same thing about how cute she is or whatever.
You really think you're going to stand out when you're leaving exactly the same message as every single other guy on an attractive girl's photo?
She gets all the validation and you get absolutely nothing except for looking kind of weak, honestly.
It's not a good way to meet women at all, and you'd be much better served to actually grow some balls and go meet somebody in public.
Of course, that takes work and conversation skills. You gotta figure out how to do it, so most guys are not going to go for that option. That's just realistic.
So, if you still want to meet somebody on social media, here's one way you can do it:
I got a date many years ago from a friend's friend on Facebook.
I think she might have made a comment on his post or something like that, and I saw her picture. I thought, "wow, she's really cute", and I messaged her.
First, I told my buddy, I'm like, "hey, I want to message this girl". He's like, "yeah, that's cool". He knew her in real life.
I messaged her and said, "hey, I'm friends with Mike and you're friends with Mike, and I saw your comment on his post and I think we should have a coffee", something along those lines.
Pretty direct, very short message and I got to the point.
If you're messaging somebody through your social network, somebody that knows somebody that you know, that's going to make it a lot easier and your options may open up that way.
On the other hand, if you're messaging a complete stranger who you have no connection with, it's going to be a little harder. But that doesn't mean it doesn't happen.
I have talked to girls before who have gone out with guys because the guy liked their post or maybe sent them a message.
They agreed when they checked out their profile and the guy had a really good profile, aka he was really attractive and so things happened that way.
If you're a really good looking guy, this is one option that actually might work for you.
But for most of the rest of the guys on this planet, that's just not going to be something that's going to have any effect at all. Or if you have a really expensive car, it has the same effect as being attractive.
I have one former client who has a few dollars, he likes Porsches and he gets these great videos put together by professionals, because he has the money for it.
He can put money on whatever he wants. He has pictures and videos of his Porsche and his cute Pomeranian dogs.
He gets a lot of contacts that way as well, and he actually gets dates on social media.
So, again, if you have a Porsche, some cute dogs, or you're really attractive, then you'll probably have some options on social media.
But it's going to be a lot harder for all the rest of the guys out there who don't have Porsches or cute dogs or are not really attractive.
Online dating generally will heavily favor more attractive guys. That's just the way it is because we're talking about photographs, but there are of course other ways to make it work.
I'm not going to go into everything on this post, so if you'd like to try to meet somebody on social media, give it a shot.
Make sure your profile is good and that you have good photographs. Go for it. Shoot your s***.
