Most guys have dating goals like:
“Find a girlfriend.”
“Get more matches.”
“Stop being ghosted.”
Great... but also: super vague. 😐
As a Canadian dating coach, I see this all the time—men chasing results without a roadmap.
It’s like saying “I want to get fit” but never going to the gym, eating whatever’s nearby, and hoping for abs. 🍕➡️💪
If you want real progress in your dating life, you need clear, realistic, and actionable goals.
Not wishful thinking.
Here’s how to set goals that actually work:
“Get a girlfriend” is not a goal—it’s a result.
Real goals are things you can control, like:
Results follow when your actions are consistent.
Goals like “be more confident” are great… but impossible to measure.
Instead, say:
Small wins stack up fast when you track them.
If your goal is “talk to 20 women today” but you’ve never even said hi to a stranger?
You’re setting yourself up to fail.
Stretch your comfort zone, but don’t detonate it.
Start where you are, and build momentum.
Dating isn’t linear.
Some weeks you’ll feel like a rockstar. Others? Like an NPC.
That’s normal.
What matters is staying in motion and adjusting your approach—not quitting.
When your goals are clear, consistent, and realistic, dating goes from overwhelming to manageable—and eventually, to fun.
It’s not magic. It’s method.
