Here’s a hard truth no one wants to hear:
You’re being judged before you even say a word. 😬
Not in a harsh, “high school cafeteria” kind of way—
But in a natural, split-second human instinct kind of way.
Especially when it comes to attraction.
As a Canadian dating coach, I teach men that body language speaks way louder than anything that comes out of your mouth.
The problem?
Most guys walk around like they’re trying not to be noticed.
That’s not mysterious. That’s invisible.
Here’s how to fix it:
Stop shrinking into yourself.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, spine straight, and shoulders relaxed.
You don’t have to puff your chest out like you’re on parade—just stop looking like you’re trying to disappear.
Women are attracted to grounded, present men. Not dudes who look like they’re dodging eye contact with life.
You’re not a serial killer—don’t stare.
But don’t dart your eyes around like there’s a fire alarm going off either.
Look her in the eye, hold it just a second longer than feels safe… and smile.
Confidence lives in that little moment of tension. 🔥
Playing with your sleeves, bouncing your foot, or cracking your knuckles sends one loud message:
“I’m not comfortable here.”
And if you’re not comfortable with you, why should she be?
Stillness is powerful. Move with purpose—not anxiety.
Saying “I’m confident” while slouching and whispering won’t land.
Saying less with great posture and strong eye contact? Way more effective.
When your body language aligns with your intentions, women feel it immediately.
Attraction starts before you say anything—don’t waste that window.
