Bootcamp Terms & Conditions

You may receive coaching from a Conquer & Win executive coach when Eddy Baller is unavailable.

Your bootcamp date will be set on the nearest possible date, on a weekday or weekend. Advise your coach of your availability. Dates are normally set 2-6 weeks in advance but sometimes earlier dates are available.

You will get coaching from 10am - 4pm daily, for the number of days you selected on the sign up page.

You agree to follow directions and dedicate your best effort to all drills, exercises, coaching sessions, and follow through as consistently as possible in order to get the best results. 

Your results will be dictated by your own efforts, consistency and aptitude. Coaching will provide feedback, accountability, and guidance to help you reach your potential faster than if done alone, but no claims are being made regarding specific results. Results will vary due to past experiences, aptitude, dedication, and other factors, however you will be taught the best methods possible to give you the highest chances of success.

You are solely responsible for your own safety when following through on any exercise, either alone or in the presence of your coach. This includes when crossing roads (avoiding vehicles), and are responsible to avoid injuring yourself or others, either through negligence or purposefully.

You are responsible for all social interactions and their outcomes which occur during coaching (in the presence of your coach) or on your own when completing exercises, and after completion of your training program.

Bootcamp Guarantee: If you are taking a one day or two day bootcamp, you may cancel and get your money back after the first hour only. $300 will be deducted from the refund to cover the first hour of coaching. This guarantee does not apply to cancelations or no-shows. No refund will be given for cancellations or no-shows.
